Lorenzo A. Watson serves as the CEO/President for the Christian Community Development Association, headquartered in Chicago, IL. He is an experienced community development professional; a leader, teacher and scholar who has long centered his work at the intersections of wholeness, education and Biblical justice.

Matumaini “Matu” Taylor is a Los Angeles native, ordained pastor, nonprofit leader, and author whose life’s work centers on faith, youth development, and community transformation. She currently serves as Executive Director of Stars, a Christ-centered youth and family-serving nonprofit in Pasadena, California, where she leads with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping young people and families thrive.

Jordan Francis is the CEO of Reframe Youth, which creates youth ministry curriculum from the urban context. He's a devoted family man, blessed with three children, and has been happily married to his wife Katie for 10 years. They currently reside in Arlington, Texas.

Alvin Sanders (PhD, Miami) is the president and CEO of World Impact. He previously served as a pastor, church planter, and denominational leader for the Evangelical Free Church of America, leading their All People Initiative. He is the author of Bridging the Diversity Gap and Uncommon Church. He and his family live in Cincinnati.
